Some fucking hippy had this hanging upside down in his front yard... This soldier home from the tour stopped and snatched it. Too bad he didn't have the tools to level the fucking place... Freedom of speech about the war is one thing, but don't fuck with the flag... I'm not even an American and this sickens me. These boys are over there dieing everyday for your freedom so show some fucking respect. Next stop... IRAN!!!

I have a huge Canadian flag upside down in my place... does it mean I hate Canadians? no. does it mean I don't support Canadian troops? no. does it mean I am not a proud Canadian? no. the fucking bottom line is that a flag is meant to be used in politics and a flag ALWAYS represents the administration/government of that country... and when someone says that the flag represents the people that live there and the people that founded that country, they are fucking wrong! it is all politics and it is all meant to create a sense of confidence in your country's administration... nothing more...

Regardless of what choices Dubya made the fact still remains the same that there are troops dieing over there everyday and if some innocent people get wiped out because of the war, well that's just war. Maybe Dubya is there to make thier country a better place to live in or maybe it is because of the oil, Personally I think it's because Saddam had a bounty on George Sr's head and he wanted to finish what his father couldn't. The bottom line is the majority of the troops are fighting and dieing for what they beleive in. As for having a Canadian flag hanging upside down in your house, how do you think that would make our veterans feel you fucking goof. The flag does NOT represent the government/administration... It represents the country. Those Canadian soldiers died for your freedom and the rest of us you unpatriotic fuck!!! As a member of the Armed forces, I have the only occupation that is on call 24/7, we suffer shit loads, so that dumb ass mother fuckers get to use the freedoms. I Swore an aoth to the poeple of Cnaada and I gladly would lay donw my life if it ment protecting even you, so don't you say SHIT about that flag. Hundreds my Brothers and sister in arms, past and present, have had their coffins drapped with that flag that you have no problem disgraciong. Yeah its a peice of clothe to you, but to us, who fight for it, those red stripes represent the sacrifice made to keep you and your freedoms safe.

Anonymous, I don't care if a solier is American, Canadian, British, German, russian, South Korean, or what have you, they all have my respect for standning up for what they beleieve in, and willing to put their lives on the line to do it. More than I can say for most Canadians considering they'll never know what real sacrifice is, and often haven't the slighlest grip on reality, and it takes DEATH for them to sucome to its sobering slap.
That flag means more to every countries solier than it ever will to some "know it all" civilian who has a sudden disregard for another countries flag and soldier as soon as the word American pops up.
